Finance Functional Area
The Finance area does not simply deal with numbers, but collects them, evaluates them and analyzes their meaning to best manage them based on company strategies.
Always guaranteeing full compliance with regulations, institutionally required reporting, accounting principles and procedures, it ensures the correct economic, financial and equity reporting of company issues.
It guarantees the timely flow of information relating to the economic-financial performance, providing adequate support to management for the correct direction of company management.
Safety, Health & Environment
Health, Safety and respect for the Environment, fundamental values for the plant to be a productive reality of social well-being for those who work there and for the surrounding community.
The SHE functional area supervises all site activities to ensure that they are always up to date, compliant with current legislation and in line with the company strategy.
The SHE Team ensures the achievement of high objectives regarding the protection of the health and safety of personnel, as well as the quality of the environment, guaranteeing careful management of the waste produced within the site and that recovered on behalf of third parties.
Quality Operations
The activities of the Quality Functional Area are strategic and aimed at ensuring that processes and products meet the quality, safety and effectiveness parameters defined by the relevant regulations, in compliance with company standards.
This occurs through careful control of all details, at every stage of production, to ensure product excellence, in line with customer and patient expectations.
A 360° control based on the definition of procedures, GMP training, the qualification of suppliers of Active Ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials, but also on the management of inspections carried out by local and international health authorities, and internal audits and by customers.
To ensure the high quality standard of the products, it supervises the implementation of chemical and microbiological quality controls on incoming raw materials, semi-finished products and outgoing products, as well as stability tests.

Business Development
Minimizing costs and maximizing results, a broad-spectrum commitment that leads the Business & Development Management to be present in various phases and levels of the production process, starting from the definition of business strategies and guidance of planning activities, with research and the development of API, DP and technology transfer of new products and processes, after having carried out an accurate technical and economic evaluation of the project.
Thanks to in-depth and specific financial, scientific, legal, marketing and fiscal skills, this dept manages the activities related to the signing of contracts, coordinates commercial relationships with consolidated and new customers, all over the world. Manages the development of the Company’s sales portfolio.
Supply Chain
A competitive company always puts product quality and customer satisfaction first, the Supply Chain team guarantees the achievement of this objective also by supplying orders in compliance with the required times and quantities.
A result which is achieved with careful planning work, the development of an executable production plan in compliance with the constraints and actual capacities, the definition of an executable and efficient scheduling, managing the critical issues and ensuring compliance with the medium plan period and the analysis of long-term constraints, but also managing the plant and resource needs to support the progress of new product and/or customer projects.
The supply chain is a crucial sector whose skills range from ensuring the availability of production materials in compliance with expected procurement times to delivery of the finished product.
Purchasing
The purchasing department is responsible for managing the supplies needed for the production of drugs and the management of the entire plant. Its activities are divided into several key phases, which include identifying the most suitable products, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships.
A team that constantly interfaces with all company areas, identifying the best products to meet any supply needs. It identifies and evaluates suppliers through an in-depth analysis of production capabilities, the quality of the materials offered and compliance with current regulations, to reach a beneficial agreement that guarantees not only a good price, but also favorable conditions in terms of availability of materials and quality, because in the pharmaceutical field, quality is essential for the safety and effectiveness of drugs.
The purchasing department is committed to the continuous search for high-quality materials, evaluating new suppliers and monitoring innovations in the sector, to improve the quality of the final product and meet market needs thanks to the adoption of new supplies.
Customer Service
Customer service manages communication, provides information on products and services, finds solutions to meet every need, and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The activities are varied and aim to build solid and lasting relationships, while ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and promptly.

The Information Technology department plays a crucial role in supporting business operations by ensuring that they are all managed by robust, secure and compliant IT systems.

Maintenance & Engineering

The Engineering department manages the design, development and implementation of innovative solutions for the continuous improvement of the plants. It’s future-oriented and seeks opportunities to optimize processes, improving plant efficiency and ensuring the quality of all products.
The focal point of the Maintenance department is to ensure that all plants and infrastructures are operational and in the best conditions, since even the smallest faults or disruptions can have a significant impact on product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Our Engineers are motivated and prepared professionals, able to respond to complex challenges, such as regulation compliance, cost reduction and prompt response to every customer request.
Serialization
The Serialization Team promotes the integration of advanced technologies to ensure quality, compliance with international regulations and protect products from counterfeiting by ensuring their traceability.
Serialization and the Track&Trace system are essential tools to ensure the integrity and safety of products and packaging throughout the supply chain, verify the authenticity of drugs, monitor their origin and route, from the manufacturing company to the point of sale or the final consumer.
To ensure high standards of quality and competitiveness, it is necessary to monitor the continuous updates of the legislation relating to serialization, based on the country of destination, and implement the changes at a global level, reviewing the company’s production processes and systems to always remain in line with current laws and compliant with international standards.
Production and Tech Transfer
The Production and Technology Transfer department ensures that products are developed, processed and transferred efficiently and in compliance with quality standards.
A wide-ranging process that starts with production management, with the planning and supervision of processes, resources, times and costs, ensuring that they are carried out according to customer requirements and specific regulations of the pharmaceutical sector. It collaborates in the improvement of existing production processes, the development of new production methods, the implementation of innovative technologies and the adaptation of procedures to improve efficiency.
With a view to a more responsible and innovative approach, the Production and Technology Transfer department researches and implements sustainable practices in production and technology transfer, conducts validation studies of equipment, methods and processes, to ensure that they meet quality requirements and are repeatable.
These activities help ensure that the company can provide high-quality products efficiently and compliantly, meeting customer expectations and complying with industry regulations.
